Reid Zeller, MA, LMHCA
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington, specializing in work around issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss. I earned my Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I continue to pursue intensive post-graduate training, including as a Facilitator with the Allender Center in Seattle, well known for its expertise in trauma-informed narrative therapy and personal story work.
With over 15 years of experience in college ministry, I enjoy walking alongside others who are seeking to integrate faith into the messiness of their past hurts, present questions, and future hopes. I know that struggle well, as someone who is intimately acquainted with sorrow, suffering, and loss in my own story. And I long to join others on the journey of discovering both where they have come from and who they were made to be.
In my free time, I love sipping coffee and baking pastries with my lovely wife. We enjoy adventures with our four kids around the Pacific Northwest, especially snowshoeing in the winter, hiking in the fall, and paddle boarding in the summer. I love adventure in all its forms, and I believe the greatest adventure is courageous and meaningful soul connection with others.
